A member of the Clean Natural team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your domestic cleaning requirements.

 We have taken only a £9 booking deposit. We will not charge your card. It will be included in your first payment. Clean Natural will take the Agency fee within 1-3 days after your domestic cleaning session completed. Your credit or debit card will be charged, which you have registered with Clean Natural on our website. We use a third-party payment processing provider Stripe. We do not store your card details. All your card details are stored securely on Stripe’s servers.

Cleaner fee can be paid in cash to the Cleaner directly after completion of your domestic cleaning. Alternatively, you can pay your Cleaner by card payment for an additional £0.3/hour transaction fee applies.
