How it works?
Fill in our online booking request form with your personal, cleaning and payment details. When you make the booking, we only charge your card a £9 booking deposit, which will be included in your first payment. Alternatively, you can call us to make a booking. We will take your details over the phone and arrange your required cleaning services for your preferred date.
Within 24 hours after we have received your booking request online, a member of the Clean Natural team will email or call you to confirm the details of your booking and answer any questions you might have. We will also send the personal profile of your cleaner and the details what cleaning equipment and detergents you need to provide for the cleaner.
Your cleaner will carry out the cleaning according to your requirement at your property the time and date of your booking.
Your payment consists of Agency and Cleaner fees. Agency fee payment will be taken directly from your stored card within 1-3 days after your cleaning services have been completed. Cleaner fee can be paid in cash to the Cleaner directly after completion. Alternatively, an additional £0.3/hour transaction fee applies, if you want to pay your Cleaner by card payment. Your card details are securely stored on Stripe safe server. We never store your card details on our servers.
Once we have taken the payment for the Agency fee, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your payment and include your Invoice. If you pay the Cleaner fee in cash directly to the Cleaner then you will receive an Invoice directly from your Cleaner. In case you pay the Cleaner by card then we will send you your Invoice for the Cleaner fee by email. You can make the payment online within 3 days after receipt.
