- Do you need a professional cleaning company to clean your home regularly?

What is included:
- Use of our eco-friendly cleaning detergents for the first cleaning session only (thereafter, we use the cleaning products you provide).
- Professionally clean bedrooms, bathrooms/kitchen/lounge/hallway areas
- Dust and polish all surfaces
- Mop and sanitise the floor
- Clean appliances – oven, microwave, fridge/freezer (if requested)
- Wash, iron and organise clothes and linen in wardrobes (if requested)
We provide the same Cleaner at the same time of the week, subject to availability. We arrange a replacement if your Cleaner is sick or on holiday.
We give a one-off donation to plant 1 tree at TreeSisters when you book a regular cleaning.
Thereafter, we will donate to plant 1 tree after each 4th cleaning is completed.
One-off/Irregular cleaning services

What is included:
- Use of our eco-friendly cleaning detergents is free of charge.
- Clean Natural‘s one-off cleaning services are recommended for customers who want to use a cleaning company irregularly. Additionally, washing and ironing services can be requested as part of the one-off cleaning.
- A minimum of 3 hours/one-off cleaning session needs to be booked.
- Book Natural Clean for your one-off cleaning. We are flexible with the date and time to suit your needs. Please, contact us to book your one-off cleaning session.

Express cleaning services (within 24 hours)

What is included:
- Use of our eco-friendly cleaning detergents is free of charge (usually it costs £2/hour extra).
- Express cleaning service is suitable for customers who need a one-off cleaning service urgently, within 24 hours after contacting us. We try to allocate a cleaner on the same day or the next day, if possible.
- These services are not always available. Please, contact us to check availability.
- A minimum of 3 hours of cleaning sessions needs to be booked.
We give a one-off donation to plant 1 tree at TreeSisters, when you book an Express cleaning.
How it works?

Booking
Fill in our online booking request form with your personal, cleaning and payment details. If you would like to pay in cash or bank transfer then you do not need add your card details.
Alternatively, you can call us to make a booking. We will take your details over the phone and arrange your required cleaning services for your preferred date.

Order confirmation
Within 24 hours after we have received your booking request online, a member of the Clean Natural team will email or call you to confirm the details of your booking and answer any questions you might have. We will also send the personal profile of your cleaner and the details what cleaning equipment and detergents you need to provide for the cleaner.

Cleaning session
Your cleaner will carry out the cleaning according to your requirement at your property the time and date of your booking.

Payment
Your payment consists of Agency and Cleaner fees. Agency fee payment will be taken directly from your stored card within 1 day after your cleaning services have been completed.
Cleaner fee can be paid in cash to the Cleaner directly after completion. Alternatively, an additional £0.3/hour transaction fee applies, if you want to pay your Cleaner by card payment. Your card details are securely stored on Stripe safe server. We never store your card details on our servers.
Alternatively, you can pay in cash or bank transfer.

Invoice
Once we have taken the payment for the Agency fee from the card you registered, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your payment and include your Invoice. In case you pay the Cleaner by card then we will send you your Invoice for the Cleaner fee by email.
If you pay the Cleaner fee in cash or bank transfer directly to the Cleaner then you will receive an Invoice directly from your Cleaner.
